Terms of the compettion

The administrator of personal data of Participants of the Competition within the understanding of the Act from August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data more(Journal of Laws from 2016, item 922 as amended, is VanityStyle Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Jasna 24, 00-054 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000293511, NIP no. 7010098352. The data is processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to conduct the Competition and will be processed for the duration of the Competition and the limitation period of the claims. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to conduct the Competition. Persons providing personal data have the right to access and correct their data and to revoke their prior consent to processing them at any time. In the event of additional consent, the data will be processed for the purpose indicated in the agreement for the duration of the FitSport and FitProfit Program services, and for marketing purposes (justified administrator's interest) also after the termination of the service by VanityStyle Sp. z o.o. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Persons providing personal data have the right to access and correct their data and to revoke their prior consent to processing them at any time.
